Originally from the Midwest, my journey into real estate started with a fixer-upper in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood. I transformed a boring space into a beautiful condo — and ended up meeting my wife thanks to renting it on Airbnb. From there, my passion for seeing what a property could be only grew. That passion followed us to the East Coast, where we took on the challenge of renovating the interior of a floating home in Rhode Island (yes, really).
In 2021, we made the move to New York and found the perfect balance: life split between Brooklyn and the Catskills with our son and two dogs. After an incredible experience buying our own home with the Upstate Curious team, I realized I wanted to help others do the same. So, I shifted gears from a career in marketing and dove headfirst into real estate.
