Eddie fell in love with the Catskills & surrounding areas 11 years ago, when he bought an A-frame chalet in Hemlock Farms. At the time, he was a talented entertainment agent in New York City representing actors on Broadway, television, & film, and fully enjoyed the respite of being in the mountains on weekends.
Eddie quickly found a passion for real estate, upgrading the houses he was living in and selling them to move on to other projects. He’s been a buyer & seller of his own homes 5 (!) times between NY and PA. If you’re a first time homebuyer or well-versed in the process, he’s been through it all… and is happy to walk with you through every step of the process.
Just as he’s helped actors land their dream roles, he’s now ready to help you find your dream home - or find the perfect buyer to fall in love with the upstate escape you’re ready to sell.
Eddie currently lives in the town of Eldred with his rescue dog, Timber. Eddie’s assistant (Timber) has all the intel on the best hiking trails, the best restaurants, and other upstate things… he may make an appearance from the backseat of his dad’s car on a showing.
