My husband and I recently purchased a home with Megan Brenn-White and Brian Gentes at Upstate Curious. "Extremely professional to work with"
We had the pleasure of working with Megan and Leigh from the Upstate Curious Team. We were first-time buyers, looking for a house in the Catskills and we had very broad criteria. We were purchasing from out of state, so they understood the time constraints that we had. When we sent them links to homes that we were interested in, they helped us save time by noting any issues that they could tell without even seeing the house. Importantly, they were willing to travel much farther than other realtors that we contacted and helped us find our perfect home. They helped us negotiate our offer on the home, and set us up with great contacts for home inspections and a lawyer. They always answered all of our questions. We don’t plan to ever move because we love our house, but if we needed to, we would work with the Upstate Curious team again.
