Bree & Diana

We are Bree & Diana—moms, entrepreneurs, and creatives who love working with Buyers and Sellers in the Hudson Valley. Our strength lies in the connections we make with clients, acting as trusted advisors and friends. Every client and deal is unique, but our goal for success is constant.

Bree moved to Marlboro in 2020 after falling in love with the area, while Diana transitioned from Montclair, NJ, to Garrison for a quieter life. We enjoy helping clients discover the many hidden gems of the Hudson Valley, whether they're upsizing or downsizing.

With backgrounds in fashion, art, and philanthropy, we bring a keen eye for design and a strong business sense to every transaction. Most of all, we love building relationships and making a positive impact on our clients’ lives.

Bree: I came to the Hudson Valley for a more peaceful life where my kids could thrive and play freely (moved up from NYC in 2020). I stayed for the community I created and the peace that being surrounded by nature has brought to my life.

Diana: I came for the nature, beauty, peacefulness and community - I stayed cause I got all that and more.

I'm Callie! I grew up on the Gulf Coast of Alabama and came to NYC for college, where I studied healing, creative, and culinary arts at NYU. Since then, I’ve worn many hats—singer, copywriter, Jiu Jitsu professor, private chef, and now real estate agent. A new mom and upstate transplant, I’m endlessly inspired by Hudson Valley life. My family landed in Marlboro, where our son Javelin plays in the same dirt our food grows in. I know big relocations well—and as a black belt, I bring calm, strategy, and partnership to every transition. Whether you’re moving full-time or finding a place to recharge, I’d love to help. And yes, you’ll hear plenty of “y’all.”

After a long chapter in NYC, I moved to the Hudson Valley over a decade ago—and never looked back. I love the pace, the space, and the sense of discovery this region offers. I work across Dutchess, Orange, and surrounding counties, helping people find homes that truly fit. Before real estate, I wore many hats, but connecting with people has always been my throughline. I'm a martial artist and wellness advocate, committed to strength, clarity, and balance—and I speak Spanish fluently, which helps me support even more clients. Joining the Upstate Curious team has been a game-changer, and I’m excited to bring curiosity, care, and grounded guidance to every step of your journey.

Why did you come?

I came for the change of pace - a new life from all that comes with living in the city’s underbelly not the city as most people know it in a glamorous way I came to be closer to family

I stayed because I fell in love with the closest to nature the constant discovery of new towns and places the relationships and friends that I made

I’ve happily traded publishing deals for property deals. After a successful media sales career with Apartment Therapy, Hearst and Conde Nast, I turned my longtime real estate side hustle into a full-time pursuit. I’ve purchased, sold, renovated and hosted properties across the country—including locally in Beacon, gaining hands-on experience as an investor. Now based in the Hudson Valley full time, I bring a client-first, results-driven approach to every purchase and sale. I love helping others find their place (and peace) in this incredible part of New York.
