Get In TouchWe work as a team on listings and you will get our full support. We will all participate in open houses, social media, and showings. You will have one point of contact, but full team support. The same goes for buyers — one of us will always be available to show you homes!
We start with a phone, Zoom, or in-person discovery call to learn more about what you are looking for and to review the NY State forms and buyer agreements. We then set up a curated Compass Collection where your home search lives. From there, we start touring homes!
We begin by visiting your home and creating a pricing strategy that makes sense for everyone involved. Meeting in person is essential, and we rely on our “gut” feeling when we walk through your home. We then prepare a Comparative Market Analysis that considers market conditions, your home’s condition, and your selling goals.
Once pricing is agreed upon, we present our marketing plan, which includes professional photography, social media exposure, a Zillow Spotlight feature, and possibly video content. Listings typically go live mid-week on MLS and social media, with open houses held the first weekend.
New York State is an attorney state, meaning you will need an attorney for every real estate transaction (we’re happy to provide recommendations!). We also work with a team of Transaction Coordinators who assist with paperwork and forms throughout the process. We are always available by call or text.
