I’m Bree Chambers, an agent on the Upstate Curious Team at Compass, where my background in design and creativity helps clients see more than just a house—it helps them see potential. With over two decades as a fashion design director and entrepreneur, I bring a trained eye for space, style, and possibility to every property I represent. Whether you’re buying your first upstate getaway or selling a home filled with memories, I approach each transaction with vision, care, and strategy.

My husband (a broker for decades) and I began investing in NYC real estate in 2004 and eventually made the Hudson Valley our full-time home. We fell in love with Ulster County—its rolling hills, vineyards, hiking trails, and creative energy—and soon helped friends do the same. I know firsthand how life-changing it can be to find the right home upstate, and I love guiding others through that journey.

About Diana

I’m Diana, an agent on the Upstate Curious Team at Compass . I believe that, aside from my passion for real estate and community, one of my strongest attributes is that I was a business owner for 25 years in the arts and nonprofit worlds. I understand that time is money. I thrive on collaboration and I believe that I ask the right questions to help my clients better understand and uncover what their needs and visions are whether on the buy or sell side.

A previous client shared with me that he hired me as his buyer’s agent because he’d seen me in action on the buy side of a flip he was selling. While he said he first thought me “aggressive,” he quickly corrected that to “wonderfully assertive” when we started working together.

I first jumped into real estate 38 years ago when I took my licensing exam while 9-months pregnant. I had studied art and design in college and was working in Construction Management in Tribeca, and my love for the work I was doing led me to become a realtor. Fast-forward 35 years, and I’ve come full-circle: my love for spaces combining my love for connecting people with community.

When I’m not working with my clients, you’ll find me facilitating the Hudson Valley Women's Collaborative which I founded 10 years ago, walking in the woods, kayaking, and exploring the nooks and crannies as well as the amazing artisan food and crafts in the Hudson Valley. Fun fact — ask me about my roller disco queen years.

I'm Callie! I grew up on the Gulf Coast of Alabama and came to NYC for college, where I studied healing, creative, and culinary arts at NYU. Since then, I’ve worn many hats—singer, copywriter, Jiu Jitsu professor, private chef, and now real estate agent. A new mom and upstate transplant, I’m endlessly inspired by Hudson Valley life. My family landed in Marlboro, where our son Javelin plays in the same dirt our food grows in. I know big relocations well—and as a black belt, I bring calm, strategy, and partnership to every transition. Whether you’re moving full-time or finding a place to recharge, I’d love to help. And yes, you’ll hear plenty of “y’all.”

I'm a martial artist and wellness advocate, committed to strength, clarity, and balance—and I speak Spanish fluently, which helps me support even more clients.
